A couple of months ago - yes I was planning ahead - I was doing some research for some Blogmas inspiration and I came across the Christmas Blog Tag on Bad With Directions. I thought it would be a fun post to put up on the blog so here we go!
Blogmas #2 - Removing Your Christmas Glam
Doing my make-up is something I love doing no matter the occasion but for some reason I enjoy it even more when I'm heading out somewhere. Christmas season means work parties and nights out with friends which for me means lots of heavy make-up top last me through the night.

Take Time For You
Now that the winter nights have well and truly settled in it can have a really negative effect on your mood. I know for me personally it can be very hard to get up for work in the dark and come home from work in the dark. It can feel like you are missing out on any real hours of daylight.
Disney Series #12 - Epcot Is Epic
Epcot has always and always will be one of my favourite Walt Disney World parks. Before I went it was the one that I was most excited about going to - although since returning Magic Kingdom has a very special place in my heart.

Hello it's been a few days since my last post on here - 9 days to be exact - and that was because I felt like I needed a little rest after blogtober ended. Once it finished I had a few thoughts about the process and things I learnt throughout the month that I wanted to share with you.

Blogtober #20 - Bleach London Smoky Shampoo
As I mentioned in my Thing's I'm Currently Loving post I changed my hair to an icy mauve colour in September - I need to get it redone soon. Hair maintenance is a huge thing for me so that I can maintain the gorgeous colours my hairdresser does for me and that means lots of different shampoos. For my new purple look my hairdresser recommended Bleach London Smoky Shampoo.

Blogtober #18 - NYX Butter Gloss
When I was picking up the NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick I also noticed their range of butter glosses. Now I have been told my colleagues at work that I should pick these up to try them as they are amazing. I always shied away as I am usually not a lip gloss fan anymore - much prefer a matte lip. However, I thought when on holiday lets give things a go, so that's exactly what I did.

When it ran out I decided that I needed to try something else and I picked up the Simple Kind to Skin Protecting Light Moisturiser.

Disney Series #4 - Magic Kingdom is Magic - Part 1!
Choosing which park to go to first in Walt Disney World really isn't as easy as you think it might be. It took me a while to decide if I wanted to go and see the castle first in Magic Kingdom or if I wanted to break with the 'tradition' and go somewhere else like Epcot.

If you hadn't worked it out already I am a strange creature, not in a bad way or anything but I tend to either be behind the latest trends - which I love - or else I just get into things that are different to everyone else. I guess this just makes me, me and I am okay with that!
